Asset Manager

CapitaMall Trust Management Limited (CMTML), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of CapitaLand Limited, is the manager of CapitaMall Trust (CMT). CapitaMall Trust, with a portfolio of 13 retail malls, is Singapore's first and largest Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). The asset managers at CMTML are responsible for formulating the business plans in relation to CMT's properties with short, medium and long term objectives, and with a view to maximising the rental income of CMT via proactive asset management. The asset managers also focus on the operations of CMT's properties, working closely with the property managers in the implementation of CMT's property-related strategies.

Property Manager

CapitaLand Retail Limited is the largest retail property manager in Singapore.  It manages 16 retail properties in the suburban and central areas, comprising a total Net Lettable Area (NLA) of over 5.3 million square feet (sq ft).  The portfolio includes ION Orchard, the iconic retail cum residential development located at the gateway of Orchard Road, one of the world's famous shopping streets, VivoCity, the largest destination mall in Singapore measuring over 1.0 million sq ft, and Clarke Quay, Singapore's premier food and beverage, entertainment cum lifestyle riverfront precinct.  Properties managed in the portfolio also include 13 other retail malls owned by CMT.
